询价要的就三样：图纸或清单、材质与表面处理要求、数量和交期。给齐了，48 小时内出可核对的范围与价格；给不全，我们先问清楚再报，不拿估算先占位。 A quote needs three things: drawings or a schedule, the grade and finish, and quantity with required date. With all three you get a checkable scope and price within 48 hours. Without them we ask first — we do not put an estimate in place to hold the slot.

01图纸：PDF 或 DWG，含尺寸、材质、涂层或镀锌要求Drawings: PDF or DWG with dimensions, grade, coating or galvanising
02清单：Excel 数量表，标出规格、单位与延米 / 吨位Schedule: Excel quantity list with sizes, units and metres or tonnes
03条件：交货地点、进场日期、报批责任划分、是否含安装拆除Terms: delivery point, site date, who carries submissions, whether install and dismantle are included

文件大就先发一封说明邮件，我们给上传方式。涉密图纸可先脱敏，或直接说明保密要求，我们按 NDA 走。 For large files, send a short note first and we will provide an upload route. Confidential drawings can be redacted, or state the requirement and we will work under an NDA.
