The positioning is narrow on purpose: a steel structure subcontractor for Chinese main contractors working here — CHEC, CRFG, CSCEC.

Our core members have spent years in steel in China, from detailing and take-off through pricing, fabrication and site. The factory at home is Tianjin Futuo Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., over 25,000 m² of workshop with automatic roll forming and laser cutting, covering sawing, punching, cutting and welding in full, certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. The name FORTIS is simply "Futuo" transliterated.

What we can promise is narrower and more useful: we quote against our own capacity, not someone else's programme; we add our own crews when a date closes in; and problems that start in the factory get settled in the factory.
本地公司没有厂，国内工厂不懂新加坡；两头都有的，往往两头都不深。我们想做的，是把这两头接成一条线。 Local firms have no factory; Chinese factories do not know Singapore. Those with both often have neither deeply. Our job is to join the two ends into one line.

文件双语、沟通直通，国内工厂与新加坡工地之间不用翻译。总包的进度会、图纸会、报批会我们都能到场，问题当场定，不留到邮件往复。 Bilingual documents and direct communication — no translation layer between a Chinese factory and a Singapore site. We attend the main contractor's progress, drawing and submission meetings and settle issues there rather than in an email chain.
我们只做分包这一层，不和总包抢界面。业主和顾问的要求经总包传达，我们按合同口径执行，不多做也不少做。 We work only at the subcontract level and do not compete with the main contractor for interface. Owner and consultant requirements reach us through the main contractor, and we execute to the contract scope — no more, no less.
